Lauren + Nikk
When I think of Lauren and Nikk, I think about trust. Me being from Kansas City and them being located in St. Louis, we had actually never met in person prior to their wedding. Yet hey had complete trust and faith in me!! How crazy is that?! Trust is a huge part of a marriage and I don't think it's talked about enough! Sure you have to be able to communicate, be kind-hearted, be selfless, learn to love his and her flaws. But really you're putting all your trust in this person. Trusting they will be the spouse you not only expect them to be, but you need them be. Trust is absolutely paramount to a strong marriage and that's what I see in Lauren and Nikk. Just interacting with them for as short a time as I had, it was clear to me the foundation they've already built.
This couple is incredible. I can't really even articulate how it felt to be not only a part of their day, but a part of their friends and family. From their stunning venue, to the meriachi band/chips and queso during cocktail hour, this wedding was a dream for me. I can't say thank you enough to Lauren, Nikk, and Hannah (Lauren's sister & MOH) for finding me on Instagram and trusting me with your best day. I'm so grateful for the opportunity and can't wait for you to see these images.
