Rescheduling Your Wedding Due to COVID-19
First off I know this was NOT an easy decision for you and your families to come to. I want you to know I'm so sorry you're having to face this circumstance, my heart is breaking with each of you. However I want to encourage you, I'm going to try to make this process if needed, as easy as possible.
Below you will find my most up-to-date availability calendar. I have built this page with both you and the concept of clarity in mind. Please review the calendar to see if your new potential wedding date is available. I know I'm not the only vendor you'll need to consult with, so I hope this calendar helps you have more productive conversations with your vendor team without needing to check-in with me repeatedly.
To reschedule your current wedding with me, I will need a final confirmation from you via email on the new date. Once I have received this I will create a simple amendment to our original contract. I will then email the amendment over for signatures. There are no additional fees and your final payment date would be moved to 1 week before your new date.
I'm really proud to be by both of your sides during this process and respect the HECK out of your decision to adjust your wedding date or wedding plans.
