Picture this: a warm summer evening, a stunning couple, and the sun setting over a picturesque Italian-inspired setting. It was straight out of a fairytale! As a photographer, I strive to capture moments that are timeless, classic, and evoke the emotions of the couple. This session was no exception!
Let me start by saying that the location could not have been more perfect. The couple chose a hidden gem, nestled just outside the heart of Kansas City, which was designed to resemble the romantic gardens found in the Italian countryside. This location had a blooming garden, beautiful fountains, brick walkways, stunning archways, budding flowers, bridges, and more. We timed the session perfectly, just as the golden hour was beginning. The soft, warm glow of the setting sun cast a magical light that bathed the couple in a beautiful, dreamy ambiance.
As a timeless and authentic photographer, I pride myself on capturing moments that are both modern and photojournalistic. Of course, at every engagement session, we're still going to get those classic "Christmas Card" smiling at the camera photos. But I believe that it's the candid, unposed shots that truly reflect a couple's love story. During this engagement session, I had the pleasure of capturing intimate moments where Price and Alli shared sweet glances, whispered secrets, and exchanged joyful laughter.
